How much does the personnel request cost?

A simple personnel request is generally free of charge.

If the recruitment of a candidate previously offered by us results in a permanent position, a fee of 25% of the annual salary will be charged.

In the event that the hirer enters into an employment relationship with an employee provided to him/her by Baltic Jobs GmbH, a placement fee will be agreed in accordance with the following scale:

In case of direct takeover:
2.5 gross monthly salaries

In case of placement period of 1-3 months:
2 gross monthly salaries

In case of placement period of 4-6 months:
1.5 gross monthly salaries

In case of placement period of 7-9 months:
1 gross monthly salary

In case of placement period of 10-12 months:
0.5 gross monthly salary

If a previously placed employee enters into an employment relationship with the hirer within 6 months of the termination of his/her assignment, Baltic Jobs GmbH shall be entitled to a fee in the amount of one gross monthly salary. The basis for calculating the placement commission is the gross monthly salary agreed between the client and the temporary worker, but at least the gross monthly salary agreed between the personnel service provider and the temporary worker. The invoice shall include the complete placement commission plus statutory VAT and is due within 8 days.
