  • Telephone reception, as well as communication interface with employees and clients

  • Scheduling, coordinating and monitoring appointments

  • Creation of all company correspondence

  • Managing the LCS-Programs (L1)

  • Updating and adapting databases

  • Invoicing and controlling

  • As well as all secretarial tasks

Your qualifications

  • Completed commercial education (m/f/d)

  • Confident handling of the MS Office package

  • Structured, independent and conscientious way of working

  • Very good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks

Full-time (40 hours per week)
